Established in June 2012, Varosa Services Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted name in Nepal’s outsourcing and facility management sector. Located in Panipokhari, Kathmandu—just opposite the Japanese Embassy—Varosa was founded by a team of professionals with extensive experience in the outsourcing industry. Our journey began with a commitment to delivering high-quality Housekeeping, Corporate Support, and Maintenance Services. Over the years, we have proudly served a wide range of clients, including corporate houses, financial institutions, government and non-government organizations, foreign agencies, diplomatic missions, malls, hospitals, cinema halls, and residential buildings.

We ensure that all our staff—including cleaners, messengers, receptionists, telephone operators, pantry staff, gardeners, and drivers—are trained, insured under group personal accident coverage, and receive all the entitlements as per the Nepal Labour Act.

Each individual we recruit undergoes thorough screening and is provided with basic training aligned with their qualifications and our internal quality standards. This enables us to maintain a consistent level of professionalism, trust, and reliability across all service domains.

Besides that, we provide refresher training .support, counseling and upgrading.

We have a system of obtaining monthly client feed back electronically,critically review the same and take corrective measures to resolve the problem.
Same way, we provide branded and user friendly chemical and equipment as required by the client and use branded machines from KARCHER.

Niranjan Singh Basnet

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Niranjan Singh Basnet brings over 35 years of distinguished experience in the finance and corporate sector. He began his professional journey at the esteemed chartered accounting firm N. Krishnaswamy and Company, laying a strong foundation in accounting and audit practices. He later served as Accounts and Administration Manager at Kodak Nepal Pvt. Ltd. for three years, followed by a successful five-year tenure as Corporate and Taxation Executive at Unilever Nepal Ltd.

Mr. Basnet also contributed significantly as Finance Head at Sikhar Insurance Co. Ltd. and as Finance Controller at G4S Security Services Pvt. Ltd., where he led financial operations for over four years. His broad and strategic financial expertise continues to be a valuable asset to Varosa Services. In addition to his role at the company, he currently serves as the Treasurer of the Outsourcing Association of Nepal, representing and advocating for industry standards and growth.

Naresh Chandra Tripathi

Business Director

Mr. Naresh Chandra Tripathi is a seasoned professional with a Master’s degree in Management and a specialized one-year certification in Front Office Management from NATHM. His career began in the hospitality industry, where he gained over a decade of experience in front office operations at Hotel Malla, a leading hotel in Kathmandu. He also worked in consultancy for the travel and handicraft sectors for three years, further broadening his business acumen.

At G4S Security Services, he began as a Sales and Marketing Officer and quickly rose to a managerial role, where he demonstrated impressive growth—boosting monthly billing from NPR 1.6 million to NPR 8 million. His contributions extended to conducting sales force training at the G4S Regional Headquarters. With additional international experience in the USA, Mr. Tripathi brings a global outlook and strategic sales expertise to Varosa Services.

Vimal Kumar Hoda

Business Development Director

Mr. Vimal Kumar Hoda hails from a respected business family in Chabahil, Kathmandu, renowned for their long-standing reputation in the local business community. A dynamic figure with deep roots in civic engagement, he is actively involved in prestigious organizations including Rotary International, Jaycees, and the Lions Club.

His strong community ties and extensive public network significantly enhance the visibility and credibility of Varosa Services. Through his outreach and relationship-building skills, Mr. Hoda plays a vital role in expanding the company’s business footprint and strengthening its connections across various sectors.
